Earl Slick, who graced the cover of Guitar Player's Holiday 2012 issue and has played with his share of heavyweights throughout his career (John Lennon and David Bowie to name two), is now going to debut his own guitar company at Musikmesse in Germany on March 17. Slick has previously endorsed products from other manufacturers, and started his own strap company.

"Over my entire career, I have played many, many electric guitars and had endorsements with many great guitar companies," Slick commented via his Facebook page. "Though some of these guitars came very close to perfection, there has never been one that was exactly what I wanted it to be, including the price. Until now. I'm so excited to finally be able to tell you that I have officially started my own company to sell Slick brand guitar products! Over the next couple of weeks, I'll be revealing all the key details about the exact products, where they will be sold, the prices, everything. I can't show you the full photos until March 17, but I can keep giving you pieces of the puzzles!"

Those interested in seeing those puzzle pieces should keep an eye on Slick's Facebook page
