Dean has unveiled its new Cadi Select Quilt Top Floyd guitar, in Ocean Burst.
The guitar features a unique mahogany body with a quilt maple flat top and set-thru neck construction. Its satin neck has an ebony fretboard with 22 jumbo frets and pearloid block inlays at a 24 3/4’’ scale. The neck is also supported by a dual-action truss rod.
The Cadi Quilt Top Floyd, unsurprisingly, packs a Floyd Rose 1000 tremolo bridge and a corresponding Floyd Rose R3 nut at 1 11/16’’ (43 mm) nut width. Grover tuners also come standard on the guitar.
Sonically, the guitar features a Dean-exclusive Seymour Duncan TB5 bridge pickup and APH-1 neck pickup. Both pickups feature a zebra parchment finish and sandblasted pole pieces. Control-wise, there are four knobs - finished in black - for volume and tone.
The Dean Cadi Select Quilt Top Floyd guitar is available now for $999.
