Cort has unveiled its new KX300 Etched electric guitar.
The KX300 Etched is built with a double-cutaway mahogany body and solid swamp ash top that’s been sand-blasted for an open-pore finish, and then treated with colored accents on a matte black background. The guitar's hard maple neck features a 24-fret pau-ferro fingerboard with a 15.75’’ radius and 25.5’’ scale.
Sonically, the guitar is outfitted with EMG RetroActive Super 77 dual humbuckers. These are controlled by volume and tone knobs, plus a 3-way toggle switch. In keeping with the guitar's theme, each of the controls are finished in black nickel.
The Cort KX300 Etched guitar is available now - in etched black red and etched black gold finishes - for $749.99.
