5 of the best 4th of July sales for guitarists to save on guitars, amps, pedals, strings and more
Explore Independence Day promotions at Guitar Center, Musician’s Friend, Sweetwater, Positive Grid and more
If you’ve been in the market for some new guitar gear but want your budget to stretch as far as possible, then the 4th of July sales are the ideal time to shop. This year there’s no shortage of savings to be made on guitar gear, whether you’re looking for a new guitar cable, a space-saving multi-effects pedal or a killer guitar amp.
Outside of the forthcoming Prime Day guitar deals and the Black Friday guitar deals that will drop later this year, the 4th of July sales are usually a great time to find big savings on your favorite gear. We've taken a close look and there are some major discounts to be had – and what's even better is that most of this year's sales aren't just isolated to July 4th itself, but will extend to the weekend and beyond.
You'll find the biggest discount at Sweetwater right now, where there's up to 60% off select guitar gear. There's not a huge amount on sale, but the promotion does include brands such as Boss, Gretsch and D'Angelico.
There's a much wider choice of discounted gear over at Guitar Center, with savings topping out at a decent 50%. If you're in the market for a new Fender or Gibson electric, this is the sale the shop this week.
Here's a few more select sales you should check out while the July 4th savings last.
