As the leaves start to turn and the days grow shorter, most folks think of cozy sweaters and pumpkin spice everything. But for us at Guitar Player, October isn't just about cider and costumes, it's all about cranking up the volume! Get ready for an electrifying Rocktober like no other, courtesy of Musician's Friend. They’re hosting a jaw-dropping sale with discounts of up to 50% on gear from the biggest names around.
I've gone through the sale, and there's really something for everyone in this glorious assortment. We're talking a buffet of guitars from iconic brands like Fender, Schecter, and Ernie Ball. And hey, it’s not just about guitars. Snag great deals on everything from must-have accessories to live sound gear and even drums.
To help you navigate this treasure trove of deals, I’ve handpicked some highlights.
First up is the rather cool Schecter MV-6, which has an impressive £300 off right now. It's classically styled, highly spec'd, and perfect for those players who want modern sounds and contemporary playability with a more orthodox, Stratocaster-inspired vibe.
Next is the gorgeous Epiphone 1963 Firebird V Maestro, which has $320 off. Honestly, we love everything about this guitar. It looks fabulous, plays really nicely right out of its huge leather-look black case, and sounds phenomenal.
Last but definitely not least, feast your eyes on the fabulous Gretsch 5427TG, now available for only $769.99. With $250 knocked off, this retro gem packs Gretsch's FT-5E Filter'Tron pickups and a Bigsby vibrato into a stunning Midnight Sapphire finish.
But don’t stop there! With so many amazing finds waiting, we encourage you to dive into the full Rocktober catalog. And if you’re still hunting for killer deals, check out our Prime Day guitar deals hub for even more discounted guitars, amps, and pedals.
