A fan attending a concert by Machine Gun Kelly is fine after falling through an opening onstage during the singer’s performance at the O2 Arena on Thursday, March 5.
The incident happened while Kelly was performing his 2020 hit “Bloody Valentine.” The unidentified fan was among several attendees invited onstage to dance with him.
As the group moved forward, one of the fans stepped along the stage runway and suddenly plunged through a gap in the floor.
Video of the fall, which quickly spread across TikTok, captures the shocking moment. A caption on one version reads: “Omg, you can hear the bang!” — seemingly referring to the loud sound heard when she fell.
The clip begins with Kelly kneeling and playing guitar licks on a pink electric guitar while the fans dance around him. The woman moves close to the performer before the group begins walking down a catwalk together.
Moments later, she appears to miss a large gap in the stage and suddenly drops through it.
“Oh my God, hold up,” Kelly says in the video after witnessing the moment. “Are you okay?”

Crew members and others onstage quickly helped the fan climb out of the opening as the music paused.
The fall appears to have occurred on a runway-style stage extension, where fans had been invited to walk behind Kelly during the song. According to some reports, the opening in the floor was likely part of the stage’s mechanical setup.
Another video captured Kelly speaking with the fan onstage, shortly afterward. She reassured those around her that she was fine and even attempted to apologize.
Kelly assured her she didn’t need to apologize.
“The first time I’ve ever sold out the O2, and that’s the first time anyone’s ever fallen off the stage, dude. That’s fucking dope,” he can be heard telling her.
After sharing a hug, Kelly gave her his hat as a personal keepsake.
“I wear this hat every fucking day,” the singer said, adding that it was a gift from a friend. “It’s special, but fuck that, it’s yours.”
The show was part of Kelly's Lost Americana Tour, which supports his 2025 album of the same name and includes dates across the U.K., Ireland and beyond.
