Musician’s Friend Memorial Day Sale: Up to 40% off

There are loads of big brands on offer with Fender, Epiphone, Sterling by Music Man, Guild, and many more seeing some significant discounts. We’ve had ourselves a gander at the sale in full and picked out some of our favorite savings for you here. The first thing to catch our eye was the unique shape of the Sterling by Music Man Mariposa which has gotten a massive $200 discount. Designed in collaboration with the ever-flamboyant Omar Rodriguez-Lopez of The Mars Volta, this lightweight tone machine is perfect for the guitar player who’s bored of traditional guitar shapes and priced at just $399.99 in the sale, it’s a lot of guitar for well south of the $500 mark.

Our next pick is the Electro-Harmonix Memory Boy, a smaller version of the legendary Memory Man analog delay pedal that’s even more affordable thanks to a tempting $28.30 discount in the sale. Allowing you to add chorus or vibrato to your delay sounds, it's capable of luscious background washes of sound or staccato delay patterns, and the original is famously used by the Edge of U2 and Ed O’Brien of Radiohead.

Our final choice pick from the sale is the Epiphone Hummingbird Studio, a perfect acoustic guitar for those who want great sound without spending loads. It’s a striking-looking instrument and with a nice $100 reduction in the Memorial Day sale, amazing value for money. We love the easy playability of it and it definitely took us by surprise at just how similar it looks to the full-fat Gibson Hummingbird. The build quality is second to none, and there’s plenty of low-end boom from that dreadnought-sized body.
