As a gigging musician, I like my guitar strings fresh, but maintaining that new string sound means buying a lot of them! Here are the internet's best string deals to keep the cost down

Guitar Strings Roundup

There are a couple of schools of thought when it comes to how fresh your strings should be. Those like Eric Johnson like them to be played in, whilst others, such as Tommy Emmanuel, have been known to change strings for every show.

Personally, I'm of the latter camp. I prefer the extra high-end bite of newer strings and the peace of mind that they are less likely to snap halfway through a gig. The downside? Keeping them fresh costs a little more. I get around this by taking advantage of deals whenever I can, so here's a roundup of the best I've found this Cyber Monday so that you can do the same.
