Roger Waters Performs a Pair of Vintage Pink Floyd Songs for First Time

Roger Waters performed a pair of vintage Pink Floyd tracks at the first of his three concerts in Mexico City on September 28.

The former Pink Floyd bassist and his group presented “One of These Days” and “Fearless,” a pair of songs that first appeared on the group’s 1971 album, Meddle.

The performance was just the second time “Fearless” has been played live by a member of Pink Floyd, and the first time since 1971. This was also the first time Waters has performed “One of These Days” as a solo artist.

Recently, Waters’ Pink Floyd band mate David Gilmour also performed “One of These Days” for the first time in his solo career when he played in Poland on June 25, 2016.

Waters’ 26-song set spanned the length of his career and included performances of several tracks from the Pink Floyd albums The Dark Side of the MoonWish You Were Here, and Animals. Fan-shot videos of “One of These Days” and “Fearless” are below.
