Dean has unveiled its new MD 24 Select guitar.

The MD 24 is built with a basswood body and a flat top with an arm cut and back belly cut. It features a bolt-on three-piece maple neck with a dual-action truss rod, and an ebony fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and pearloid dot inlays.

Sonically, the MD 24 comes loaded with exclusive Seymour Duncan pickups - an APH-1N Alnico II Pro at the neck and a TB-5/SH-5 at the bridge. These are controlled by a volume knob and a three-way toggle.

The MD 24 also features an optional Floyd Rose tremolo system, while non-Floyd Rose models sport a Tune-O-Matic hardtail bridge with Dean’s exclusive Cadi tailpiece.

The Flame Top Floyd in Trans Cherry will run you $849, the Select Floyd in Classic White costs $799, the Flame Top Trans Cherry (sans Floyd) is $699 and the Classic White (also sans Floyd) rings up at $649.
