Behold Fender's New Black Paisley Stratocaster
The Japanese-made, limited-edition model features a basswood body and rosewood fingerboard.
Fender's more adventurous limited-edition creations are always worth a look, and its latest, the Black Paisley Stratocaster, is certainly no exception.
This head-turning Strat is built with a basswood body, a maple, “U”-shaped neck and a 7.25” rosewood fingerboard with 21 vintage-style frets. A bone nut and six-saddle vintage-style synchronized tremolo are also featured on the instrument.
Sonically, the guitar packs a trio of Fender USA Vintage single-coil Stratocaster pickups, controlled by a master volume and two tone knobs, and a five-position switch.
The Fender Limited Edition Black Paisley Stratocaster guitar is available now - in the titular silver and black paisley finish - for $999.
