Greta Van Fleet have answered the question that had been hanging over the band since May: they’re back on the road.

The Michigan rockers have announced a massive 59-date Into the Beginning world tour for 2027, ending months of speculation that they may have split up. The run begins February 3 at Enmarket Arena in Savannah, Georgia, before Greta Van Fleet embark on an extensive North American tour through March 30. (The full schedule is below.)

The band will play 28 shows across the U.S. during the first North American leg, hitting major markets including Atlanta, Nashville, Detroit, Boston, Brooklyn, Philadelphia, Charlotte, Fort Worth, Anaheim, Phoenix, Seattle and Denver.

After a European run in May and early June, Greta Van Fleet will return to North America in July for a second stretch of dates. That leg begins July 5 at Rogers Arena in Vancouver and includes stops in Kansas City, St. Louis, Columbus, Raleigh, the Washington, D.C., area, Hershey and Toronto before concluding July 31 at Acrisure Amphitheater in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The tour announcement comes after fans began wondering whether Greta Van Fleet had called it quits in May. The band — singer Josh Kiszka, guitarist Jake Kiszka, bass guitarist Sam Kiszka and drummer Danny Wagner — had not performed live or released new music since 2024. Speculation intensified after Jake announced his side project Mirador, and reached a peak when the group shared a career-spanning montage that ended with the message, “Thanks for the wild ride. Love, Josh, Jake, Sam and Daniel.”

The band’s new activity also arrives as they prepare to release Palace for the People, their fourth studio album, on October 9 via Republic Records. The album follows 2023’s Starcatcher, which was produced by Dave Cobb.

Greta Van Fleet’s previous touring cycle included a headline performance at London’s Royal Albert Hall in July 2024.

For the 2027 tour, Larkin Poe will support throughout the U.K. and Europe. Various North American dates will feature Arc De Soleil, Edgehill, the Kooks, Luna Li, Sana Sana Musica, Portugal. The Man, Sun Room and Friko.

North American fan pre-sale tickets begin at 9 a.m. local time October 13, with general sale starting at 10 a.m. October 15. European tickets go on general sale at 10 a.m. local time October 9, following a fan pre-sale beginning at 10 a.m. October 7.
