It’s Presidents’ Day today, and that means it’s a great opportunity to save big on some fresh guitar gear. One of the best sales I’ve seen so far is over at the official Fender store, where you can bag yourself up to $600 off Vintera II guitars. It includes Strats, Teles, Mustangs, Jaguars, and more, so it’s well worth a browse if you’re a Fender fan.

It’s not just Vintera II guitars in the sale either, you can also save on some select Fender Player Plus instruments, plus a nice selection of Squier guitars. The Paranormal, Sonic, and Affinity lines all have reductions if you want to pick up a great playing guitar for relatively little cash.

Fender Presidents’ Day: Up to $570 off guitars

Fender Presidents’ Day: Up to $570 off guitars
Fender’s Presidents’ Day sale is leading the charge with some staggering discounts on guitars. With up to $570 knocked off Fender Vintera II and Player Plus guitars, as well as some nice savings on Squier Sonic, Paranormal, and Affinity series instruments, it’s definitely the best place to shop for a deal on a guitar from the big ‘F’ right now.

I’ve had a look through the full sale, and the first deal to catch my eye was a hefty $510 off this Fender Vintera II 50s Nocaster. Based on one of the most famous Fender guitars ever made, it’s got a surprisingly thick-sounding pair of single coils in it, and the ‘U’ neck profile is really comfortable considering it’s not a shape you usually find on guitars these days.

There’s also a chance to save big on an anniversary guitar, with the Fender 70th Anniversary Vintera II Antigua Strat getting a gigantic $600 reduction. Unusually, it’s a hardtail Strat, so expect rock-solid tuning stability, and the trio of vintage-style 70s single coils will give you all those classic Strat tones.

Finally, another Strat grabbed my attention thanks to a generous $410 off this Fender Vintera II 70s Strat. It’s another guitar that attempts to recreate an iconic version of probably the world’s most famous guitar, with a 7.25” radius fingerboard and narrow tall frets. Add in the synchronized tremolo with bent steel saddles plus a set of ‘F’ stamped tuning machines, and you’ve got the perfect vintage Strat for way less than a grand at just $799.99.
