Duff McKagan has just released a trailer for his new autobiographical documentary in which he, Slash and others talk about his life, including the formation of Guns N’ Roses.

The film, It’s So Easy and Other Lies: Live at the Moore, is also a document of a performance the bassist gave in Seattle in 2013 while promoting his 2012 memoir, It’s So Easy: And Other Lies. The film comes out this summer.

In the trailer, McKagan tells how he left Seattle and cane to Los Angeles, where he answered a “musician wanted” ad placed in a music paper by Slash. On meeting his future bandmates, he recalls, “I walked in, looked at the first booth on the left and saw all this hair.”

Take a look.
