Ed Sheeran Covers Iron Maiden and Limp Bizkit on 'Fallon' | VIDEO

Ed Sheeran appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon last night and gave fans a preview of his fictional new album, Ed Sheeran Sings Heavy Metal.

Fallon, in character as spokesman Steve Joshua, called it an album for those who “enjoy the morbid and disturbing themes of heavy metal music, but wish it had a more cheerful, pleasant sound.”

Sheeran then gave viewers a sampling with his Martin guitar by performing bits of Iron Maiden's “Run to the Hills” and Limp Bizkit’s “Break Stuff,” as well as a snippet of Ty Dolla $ign’s “Paranoid.”

Surprisingly, his cover of “Run to the Hills” sounds pretty good. See what you think.
