Van Morrison is revisiting his catalog in an interesting way—by cutting 16 of his favorite tracks with some of his favorite musicians.

Titled Duets: Re-Working the Catalogue, the new album sees Morrison teaming up with artists that include Steve Winwood, Mark Knopfler, George Benson, Mavis Staples, Bobby Womack and several others. Among the tracks are “Irish Heartbeat” (with Knopfler), “Fire in the Belly” (with Winwood), “Higher than the World” (with Benson), “If I Ever Needed Someone” (with Staples) and “Some Peace of Mind” (with Womack).

The album comes out March 23. Pre-order customers receive a track a week leading up to the album’s release. Preorders are offered through iTunes and Amazon.
