More than four decades after their formation in the Houston area, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees ZZ Top continue their tour with new dates announced for the coming October and November. Their latest leg of touring takes the trio to almost a dozen American cities, with a focus on southern markets. Tickets for select dates go on sale this Friday with additional on sale dates later this month and in July (see below).

ZZ Top begin their trek on October 18 in Huntsville, Alabama, and then head north into Tennessee. After making a loop in the southeast through Florida, South Carolina, West Virginia and back to Tennessee, they will head down to Mississippi, and finally Oklahoma, where the tour will culminate at Winstar World Casino and Resort in Thackerville on November 12.

ZZ Top is notable for having the most consistently stable lineup in the history of rock music. Singer/guitarist Billy F Gibbons, bassist/singer Dusty Hill and drummer Frank Beard continue to impress audiences, drawing material from their 15 studio albums, including the hits “La Grange,” “Legs,” “Sharp Dressed Man” and “Tush.”
