Even if you perform on a regular basis, chances are you suffer occasional bouts of stage fright. It can range from the telltale “butterflies in the stomach” to dry mouth, and it can make your performance unbearable for you and your audience.

In this video, Sean Daniel and his pal Andreas offer up five tips that can help every performer keep stage fright in check. Their advice includes such pearls of wisdom as “Watch the Mic,” “Watch Your Tempo” and Einstein’s popular axiom of absolutism, “Nobody Cares.”
