Ozzfiesta, the four-day Ozzfest concert in Riviera Maya, Mexico, has been cancelled due to an unspecified surgery required by Ozzy Osbourne.

The festival was going to feature an acoustic set by Zakk Wylde, a Q&A session with Ozzy and his band, a Black Label Society concert, a Jim Norton standup set, a charity golf tournament and, ultimately, a headlining performance by Ozzy himself.

Ozzfiesta was initially scheduled for May 27th at Riviera Maya's Hard Rock Hotel, but Osbourne's procedure will occur in May and the Black Sabbath singer will need at least four weeks of recovery time, according to Ozzfiesta promoters Cool Breeze Concerts.

Cool Breeze Concerts is offering refunds. Read the official announcement.
