The Finnish band Steve ’n’ Seagulls have been making a name for themselves with their roots-inspired takes on rock tracks. To date, they’ve served up countrified covers of classics like AC/DC’s “You Shook Me All Night Long,” Guns N’ Roses’ “Paradise City,” Dio’s “Holy Diver” and Steppenwolf’s “Born to be Wild.”

Their latest effort is a bluegrass version of Metallica’s “Seek and Destroy.” In the video, shown below, the group uses banjo, ukulele, guitar, stand-up bass, brushes and shakers to give the song a countrified spin. We’ve also included their video for “You Shook Me All Night Long.”

Incidentally, Steve ’n’ Seagulls’ efforts got them signed to Spinefarm Records, which will release the group’s upcoming Farm Machine album, currently available for pre-order at Amazon and iTunes.
