"These two new Wah pedals were specifically designed to capture the vintage Wah tone players want but with tried and true modern features they expect from Morley®," states designer and Director of Engineering Scott Flesher.

Both pedals are equipped with Morley's new HQ2 inductor that was custom designed for authentic vintage Wah tones but manufactured to today's highest standards. The HQ2 inductor doesn't rely on old technology but innovative modern technology for superior, consistent tone. Here are a few HQ2 features:

  • Ceramic shell material designed to control loss of Q and shield stray fields
  • Controlled Resonance tuned as close to audio band as possible
  • Six-pin mount secures Inductor, preventing lead stress and breakage
  • Higher Q overall resulting in fuller, more defined tone
  • Made with Military Grade oxygen free copper wire

They didn't stop there; Power Wah Series pedals have modern features that will ensure long life, consistent performance and great tone. Features include:

  • Electro-Optical Wah and Volume Circuitry (no more scratchy pots!)
  • "TrueTone Bypass" ensures pure guitar tone and level in bypass AND Wah mode
  • LED indication
  • Wah Level Control
  • Cold Rolled Steel Housing
  • Suitable for use with Electric, Acoustic or Bass guitars
  • Easy access battery compartment
  • Two-year hassle-free warranty
