In conjunction with the PBS documentary film The Hayloft Gang: The Story of the National Barn Dance--and in the tradition of the home talent shows held in the 1930s and 40s for the wildly popular radio show, The National Barn Dance--the Hayloft Gang is giving away over $6K in prizes, including a Martin HD-28V Vintage Dreadnought.
To enter, create a video of you performing one of the pre-selected songs from The National Barn Dance, which include:
"Red River Valley" by Bradley Kincaid
"My Horses Ain't Hung" by DeZurik Sisters (The Cackle Sisters)
"I Want To Be A Cowboy's Sweetheart" by Patsy Montana
"Have I Told You Lately that I Love You?" by Lulu Belle and Scotty
"I Was Born About 4,000 Years Ago" by Arkie the Arkansas Woodchopper
Once you have selected your song, you are limited only by your creativity. In your entry you can sing, you can dance, or play an instrument. The important thing is to have fun!
