Bourgeois Guitars is happy to announce the conclusion of the Tribute Guitar auction for Tony Rice, which raised $10,000 that will be donated directly to the guitarist.

The admiration and respect for Rice expressed in the overall response to the auction has been immense. Thousands of people shared the news and updates of the auction on many social networks and forums. Over the last two weeks, an online video series featuring the guitar being played by luminaries such as Chris Eldridge, Bryan Sutton, Courtney Hartman and Celia Woodsmith (of Della Mae) and others, has been viewed more than 110,000 times!

You can watch the video series on our website right here.

The lucky winner of the tribute guitar is Ray Gargiulo of Massapequa, New York. Ray is an avid guitar enthusiast and Bourgeois fan who is delighted to be giving the tribute guitar a new home while benefiting and paying tribute to Rice.
