The new Walden guitar lineup will include five acoustic CE models, which feature cutaways and are outfitted with Fishman pickups, in addition to two Standard series Dreadnought models making their U.S. debut.
The Walden G570CE is a new low-cost Grand Auditorium cutaway model with Fishman Classic 4 pickup, constructed with a solid Western Red Cedar top and Sapele Mahogany back and sides. The G570CE features a 2-way adjustable truss rod.
Walden's N610CE is a step-up classical guitar with cutaway and Fishman Classic 4 Pickup, and features a solid Engelmann Spruce top with Indian rosewood back and sides. The D610CE is the first mid-range Dreadnought from the company to include a cutaway and Fishman Classic 4 pickup, and features the same tonewoods as the N610CE.
The top of the line Natura series Dreadnought, the D710CE, is also now configured with a cutaway and Fishman Classic 4 pickup and features a solid Engelmann Spruce top with solid Indian Rosewood back and sides. A second addition to Walden's top of the line Natura Grand Auditorium body shape is the G730CE, which adds a cutaway and Fishman Classic 4 pickup and features a solid Western Red Cedar top with Solid Indian Rosewood back and sides.
Available for the first time in the United States and making their NAMM Summer Session debut are two Standard series Dreadnought guitars, the D350 and the D351. The D350 is offered with a Spruce top and the D351 with a Sapele Mahogany top, while both are constructed with Sapele Mahogany back and sides. The D350 is available in a high gloss finish while the D351 is offered in three color options - transparent black, transparent blue and transparent red.
