On May 29, campers will also have the opportunity to perform at the world famous birthplace of The Beatles, The Cavern Club in Liverpool. Among the rock legends taking part are former Rolling Stone Bill Wyman, Jack Bruce (Cream), Gary Brooker (Procol Harum) and Spencer Davis. Previous camp counsellor and rock legend, Roger Daltrey of The Who, said: "I feel quite passionate about anything that encourages people in music, It's great seeing people with such enthusiasm having fun even though they're all of different abilities! They all rise to the occasion, it's fantastic!"
Tickets are on sale now through the 24-hour hotline on 0845 094 3256 or online at Rockandrollfantasycamp.com. KISS singer Paul Stanley will be a guest performer at the New York camp, being held between August 31 and September 3. Stanley will perform at BB King's Blues Club in the grand finale Battle of the Bands, playing classic KISS hits with the campers. Joining him will be Ted Nugent, Scott Ian of Anthrax and the group Mountain.
