Recording King Introduces ROM-06-CFE4 Solid-Top OM Model

September 30, 2011
imgRecording King adds a solid top OM model (ROM-06-CFE4) to the successful line of -06 guitars (which include the RD-06 and best-selling ROS-06 12-fret model). The ROM-06 has a 14-fret OM body with a treble side cutaway and Fishman pickup, making it a perfect stage-ready acoustic guitar. Crafted by the same artisans that build our best-selling 12-fret guitars, but with low-key ornamentation, the ROM-06 was built for players looking for an affordable OM model with upper fret access and a pickup. The ROM-06 has the clarity perfect for performance, as the small body has a dreadnought scale length of 25.4" giving it the volume and punch players want in front of a crowd.
Beginning with a solid Sitka spruce top with hand-scalloped bracing and mahogany back and sides, the ROM-06 feels extremely comfortable under the hands thanks to its size and 1-11/16" nut width. The Fishman 4-band pickup has both a tuner and a phase control to make adjusting your live sound a snap, and the LED tuner is easy to see under stage lights or in the dark. The unadorned Recording King headstock and tortoise body binding give this guitar the perfect touch of class for either a concert or a beach party.
The ROM-06 not only delivers the rich, warm sound and roadworthy quality that our Recording King guitars have become known for, but its unique combination of features make it the perfect on-stage companion for players of all levels.
The ROM-06-CFE has a street price of $359.99 and comes with Recording King's industry-leading lifetime warranty.
