Paul Reed Smith presents a custom PRS guitar to Music Maker Relief Foundation artist Robert Lee Coleman

October 11, 2011

At this year's Experience PRS, at the PRS factory in Stevensville, MD, Paul Reed Smith presented a custom PRS SC-HB11 guitar to Music Maker Relief Foundation artist Robert Lee Coleman.

Smith met Coleman at last year's Oyster Riot and was blown away by his guitar playing. In short order, he invited him to perform at his next Experience PRS event, which has become a factory showcase for PRS collectors and players. There, before the crowd that had gathered to watch a performance by Al Di Meola, Paul Reed Smith presented Coleman with a guitar they had made for him that day.

Then Robert Lee Coleman performed his song, "Somebody Loves Me But I Don't Know Who It Is." He finished the song exclaiming, "Now I know who loves me!"
