The 22-fret rosewood fingerboard is adorned with offset-dot-inlay, while the body features Malden logo, which is positioned behind the string eyelets. The Subhuman comes equipped with two high output VR-Extreme ceramic humbucker pickups, controlled via 1 volume, 1 tone (push/pull) and a 3-way switch. The guitar features nickel-plated hardware.
In addition to Malden's original design concept, additional credits to persons involved with this project are extended to Mr. Nikola Cvetkovic, Evening News chief graphic designer and Mr. Leo Scala of Scala Guitars, for their visionary thinking and generous help.
