New Black Label Society Xmas EP Available Now

November 3, 2011
Merry early Christmas Berserkers! It's going to be a Black Label December! A brand new EP of acoustic, instrumental Christmas classics from guitar icon Zakk Wylde and his Black Label Society (affectionately dubbed "The Doom Crew"), Glorious Christmas Songs That Make Your Black Label Heart Feel Good, is available now on iTunes via eOne Music. Black Label Society's The Song Remains Not the Same and Order of the Black are also available now via eOne Music. Zakk Wylde/Black Label Society back catalog is also available now via Armoury Records, a division of Eagle Rock Entertainment.
In other Black Label Society news, Zakk Wylde and company have been confirmed as main support for Guns N' Roses for a series of dates in the United States (with more to be announced). Immediately following their current run as main support for Judas Priest on the "Epitaph" tour, the Black Label Society/Guns N' Roses dates will begin on December 4th in Nashville and will also include a few solo Black Label Society headline shows. Of the upcoming tour, Zakk Wylde commented, "Get ready for the maximum amount of rock n' roll possible in one night." Please see below for tour dates.
BLS' latest album, The Song Remains Not the Same (eOne Music) was released earlier this year and debuted in the Top 50 of the Billboard Top 200 Album chart. The offering features unplugged versions of material from Black Label Society's most recent studio album, Order of the Black (which debuted at #4 on the Billboard Top 200 Album chart), as well as additional material recorded during the Order of the Black sessions. The Song Remains Not the Same was conceived, created, and compiled by Zakk Wylde himself and the title is, of course, a nod to one of Wylde's favorite bands, Led Zeppelin.
