Levys CPS7

0.00levyCPS7FrHiResLevy’s latest gig bag is fully equipped to protect your guitar and to help you haul all of the accessories that come with the 6-stringed territory. Covered in a weather resistant polyester shell, the CPS7 ($150 retail, $100 street) is filled with 1"- thick foam padding, providing a good defense against gig-related mishaps. The inside also has an additional rubberized layer to protect the head and bridge and a Velcro strip to stabilize the neck. With four pockets, this case can carry some major gadgetry. The front pocket, with a removable sleeve with two zippable compartments, can easily fit books, cables, or a small computer (though a 13" Macbook did not fit), while the other three pouches can store capos, straps, pedals, picks, and strings. The bag also comes with padded shoulder straps that you can stow away in their own compartment if not in use. The one odd feature of this bag is the rain cape, which is affixed to a pouch on the lower back. The shell is already weather resistant, so why is another layer necessary? Also, when the rain cape is packed in its pouch, it creates a bulge, making it very awkward when carrying it on your back.
