Of the two, the most traditional of these offerings is the Artcore AF84EDVS. This model features just one "floating" pickup--the pickup sits over, not in, the body--and the guitar lacks the cutaway in the body found in later instruments, which contributes to the instrument's traditional look and sound. The other offering, the AK75DGD, hearkens to slightly more recent times as it does sport a cutaway, two set-in-the-body pickups and a fancy gold finish.
