January 10, 2014
If you're looking to make room for all the new gear you're lusting after at this week's NAMM show in Anaheim, California, you might want to consider Hello Music's new Marketplace, which lets musicians sell gear directly to other musicians online.
Hello Music, the leading social commerce platform for musicians, today unveiled its new Hello Music Marketplace, the simplest way for musicians to sell their gear directly to other musicians online. Through Jan. 31, 2014, the company is offering zero commission sales for any products sold using the new Hello Music Marketplace.

Hello Music's new Marketplace was designed from extensive member feedback to be easy and transparent for musician buyers and sellers featuring:

• Free listings for Hello Music members
• Seven percent commission when sold – if the item is returned for any reason, Hello Music will reverse the commission
• Zero commission sales introductory offer (through Jan. 31, 2014)
• Flexible selling options for both fixed price (buy it now) or make an offer sales
• PayPal gateway for maximum buyer and seller protection

Hello Music's daily e-newsletters that reach more than 500,000 active musician members will promote both new Hello Music and used Marketplace products, giving Marketplace users even more visibility for their gear sales.

"This is just another step forward in centralizing a market for independent musicians who are serious about their craft," said Rick Camino, CEO, Hello Music. "Plus, many of our members need to sell something in order to buy something, so we wanted to give them an all-inclusive platform to handle everything related to their gear within the Hello Music community."
