June 18, 2010

0.0000.hsmfAxis of evil beware! There is a new apocalyptic threat emerging from the shadows of darkness. Eli Jebidiah’s Guitarmageddon is a fiery display of six-string bravado that shall descend upon the High Sierra masses on July 2nd. Look to the sky for the coming of the end at high noon when Guitarmageddon will unleash the wrath of the guitar gods.

Guitarmageddon is a unique experience. Drawing inspiration from many genres, musical director Eli Jebidiah (Poor Man’s Whiskey) assembles a worthy cast of guitarists to interpret the music of a selected theme. Past Guitarmageddons have delved into to the music of AC/DC, Eric Clapton, the Allman Brothers Band, the Grateful Dead, and Nirvana. This year, that tradition continues with an explosive set of White Stripes music done Guitarmageddon style. Don't miss this one-of-a kind opportunity where everyone plays at 11. A veritable seven nation army unto themselves, this mob of musical mercenaries will feature nationally and internationally lauded guitar heroes that have come to attend this summit of guitar wizardry.

Eli Jebidiah (Poor Man’s Whiskey)
Eric McFadden (P-Funk, Stockholm Syndrome)
Lebo (ALO, Jack Johnson)
Josh Clark (Tea Leaf Green)
Sean Leahy (Free Peoples, Four Year Bender)
Jimmy Leslie (GP Presents, Honey Island Swamp Band)

Plus many more very special guests!
