Godin MultiOud & Fatih Ahiskali at Musikmesse 2011

February 28, 2011

Montreal based Godin Guitars is getting ready to show the international musical instrument community a number of exciting new guitar models at Musikmesse from April 6th to 9th, 2011 in Frankfurt, Germany.

One such new instrument is the Godin MultiOud nylon, featuring onboard preamp & electronics along with custom tuning machines. This new Godin Multiac series addition will allow Oud players to be amplified in loud & live band settings for the first time and without feedback. It’s also a breeze to tune and keep in tune, thanks to specially engineered machine heads by Godin. The MultiOud opens up a new world of possibilities for Oud players around the globe and will be featured front & center during daily performances by Turkish Oud master Fatih Ahiskali at the Godin booth in Hall 4, booth B10.

As part of the launch of the Godin MultiOud in Europe, Fatih Ahiskali will also be giving a Godin MultiOud workshop and in-store performance at Musik Produktiv Shop in Bremen, Germany.
