Led by consumer product brand marketing/sales specialist Chris Lioi of Elixir® Strings, the seminars will feature an interactive Q&A approach that will explore traditional and proven marketing strategies that cover such topics as capturing impulse dollars through strategic positioning, metrics for successful inventory control and maximizing use of secondary displays for enhancing financial performance. Among other areas discussed will be inventory rationalization, SKU management, product placement and consumer buying behaviours.
