Daisy Rock sponsors Kids Playing for Kids II

April 8, 2010

Daisy Rock Girl Guitars, the original girl-guitar company, is excited to sponsor Kids Playing for Kids II, a concert event to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ventura County and youth who could be inspired by the performing arts.
On Sunday, May 2, people of all ages will gather at The Canyon Club in Agoura Hills, CA to celebrate the performing arts while fundraising for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ventura County during the organization’s second annual Kids Playing for Kids benefit double-concert event. Beginning at 1:00 p.m., talented young artists from multiple disciplines—a magician, martial artist, and talented musical acts, to name a few—will perform for event goers who can also enter to win a Daisy Rock guitar and additional raffle prizes awarded throughout the day. Children’s admission is free and includes one complimentary pass for an accompanying guardian. Adults, wanting to attend the matinee and evening events, can purchase a ticket for $25.
The evening event, beginning at 7:00 p.m., will include a silent auction and a concert featuring Daisy Rock’s own endorsed artist, Paris Carney. Event goers can support Big Brothers Big Sisters by choosing one of three ticket options. VIP tickets include preferred reserved seating, hors d'oeuvres, champagne, beer and wine, and dinner for $100.00. Concert ticket plus includes reserved seating and dinner may purchased for adults, $50.00, and students, $40.00. Concert tickets alone may be purchased for adults, $25.00, and students, $15.00.
