Billy Talent Announce U.S. Tour Dates Support My Chemical Romance

March 6, 2008

With total worldwide sales of over 1 million copies, the release of their sophomore album, Billy Talent II (June 27 06), saw the album debut at number one in both Canada and Germany, garnering tremendous critical acclaim. Influential U.K magazine ‘KERRANG!’ gave the album a 4 out of 5 rating, calling II “13 tracks of well-crafted, pop tinged punk rock, shimmering with the Buzzcocks’ and the Clash’s energy…A must have album.”

The band recently released a new DVD, Billy Talent Live 666, that ‘Total Guitar’ magazine gave 4 stars saying “Ian D’sa is one of the best live guitarists TG has ever witnessed.” Billy Talent are quite simply one of the most exhilarating live acts in rock now and are poised and ready to take the U.S. by storm.
