This July, the sixth season of the innovative music series Live from the Artists Den will premiere nationwide on public television with a riveting episode from Mumford & Sons, the 2013 Grammy winner for Album of the Year.

The three time New York Emmy-nominated program creatively connects music fans with a remarkable line-up of icons and emerging stars performing in unique and historic venues. The new season also includes high-definition episodes of Soundgarden, the Killers, and quickly rising British star Ed Sheeran. Together, these four artists have sold over 56 million albums worldwide and compiled more than half a billion YouTube views, 15 million Facebook fans, and 8 million Twitter followers. Additional episodes and artists will be announced in the coming weeks. Watch a Season 6 Video Trailer  HERE or visit artistsden.com/season6.

"It's really special playing in a room like this," Mumford & Sons frontman Marcus Mumford said of filming the band's episode at the Belasco Theatre in Los Angeles. "It's not often we get to do so, and we really enjoy it." Bandmate Winston Marshall echoed that sentiment in an interview that will be included in the episode. "We love playing venues like this, these '20s style venues," he said. "It's just incredible."

The series is a production of Artists Den Entertainment presented by WLIW21 in association with WNET New York, and is distributed by American Public Television. The local TV broadcast schedule and exclusive content releases will be forthcoming at artistsden.com.
