The Music City Jam promises to be a very special, intimate concert event. Local recording artists, singer/songwriters as well as artists traveling from across the country are coming to Music City to lend their talents to make The Music City Jam a supreme affair. Beginning at 6:00PM, music enthusiasts can enjoy performances by: Todd Fritsch, Daniel Lee Martin, Brittany Wells, Hilljack, Ronnie McDowell, George McCorkle, Lila MCann, John Stone, Shane Owens, Kevin Sharp, Bo Billy, Lucas Hodge, Jay Teter and Mel McDaniel. Ben “Cooter” Jones from the Dukes of Hazzard television series will make a special appearance arriving in the General Lee! “Joe On The Go” from News 2 Nashville will emcee.
The Music City Jam (presented by: Bill Heard Chevrolet of Nashville, Copley Instruments, Music City News, Magazine, Music City Motorplex, Theatrical Lighting Systems, Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge/Tootsie’s Records and WSM-AM Nashville) is a benefit concert organized for the victims of Hurricane Katrina and the Tennessee Baptist Disaster Relief Center and is scheduled to be held Wednesday evening, September 28, 2005 at the Expo Center (off Music Valley Drive just two doors down from the Nashville Palace across from Opryland Hotel).
Ticket InformationA minimum $10 general admission donation will be required at the door.$25.00 VIP admission includes participation in door prize give-aways including:
NASCAR memorabilia, a celebrity autographed Copley guitar, a membership to World’s Gym and a Chevrolet automobile (donated by Bill Heard Chevrolet-Nashville).
All proceeds raised from The Music City Jam will benefit the Tennessee Baptist Disaster Relief Center.
