Reptar Announces Co-Headline Fall Tour with Rubblebucket

July 2, 2012
imgReptar today announced a co-headline national tour with Rubblebucket this coming fall. The tour will kick off on September 11th in Chicago at Lincoln Hall and wrap up on September 29th in Fairburn, Georgia at the Counterpoint Music Festival. The Athens-based group is touring in support of their debut album entitled Body Faucet which was released on May 1st via Vagrant.
Having recently returned from overseas dates in Europe, the forthcoming dates will have the band returning to Chicago, Los Angeles and Austin -- where the band sold out dates on their spring tour earlier this year.
Recently named Best Pop Band and Best Live Band at the Flagpole Music Awards, Reptar headlined last weekend's Athens, GA music and arts festival Athfest. Their amazing live performance had Athens Banner-Herald writer Andre Gallant declaring it "the best outdoor performance in AthFest history".
In celebration of the Rubblebucket tour, Reptar has released an exclusive remix of New Orleans producer Jim-E Stack. Head over to to stream and download the remix of "Houseboat Babies" now. Stay tuned for additional remixes to be released in the coming weeks.
