Layer. Double your modeled track with a clean, unprocessed direct tone. Pan the two tracks hard right and left, and you’ll notice a nice spectral sweep between the speakers. Layer. Double your modeled track with a clean, unprocessed direct tone. Pan the two tracks hard right and left, and you’ll notice a nice spectral sweep between the speakers. For added impact, process the clean track with a hint of reverb and leave the modeled track dry.
Delay. Process the model with a slapback delay, and pan the delayed signal slightly to the left or right (or go wacky and run the model on one side and the effect on the other).
Reverberate. If the song isn’t too fast, process the model with a mammoth hall-type reverb and fade the effect almost inaudibly in the background for a subtle 3-D vibe.
